All DÜBÖR baking release agents are purely plant-based, GMO-free, odorless, and tasteless. They meet the standards of GFSI, FSSC 22000, or IFS.

Additionally, all baking release agents are Kosher and Halal certified.

We differentiate between two categories of baking release agents: Oil-wax products (Trennaktiv) and release waxes.

Oil-wax products are always cloudy and contain varying amounts of carnauba wax for their release effect and viscosity.

Our release waxes, despite the name, contain no wax and are therefore clear and fluid.
