UNI 800 — Modular Industrial Spraying System
The UNI 800 is a compact yet powerful spraying system designed for bakeries that need accurate coating on trays, moulds or conveyor lines. Mounted on a C-frame and supporting up to three fixed spray bars, it provides consistent application that improves release performance and reduces manual labour. The integrated 4-liter tank and Siemens Logo PLC ensure simple operation and stable output. With optional modules such as conveyors, exhaust hoods and automatic filling, the UNI 800 can be expanded into a complete production line solution. Bakers benefit from lower oil consumption, cleaner results and a more hygienic working environment.

The Uni 800 delivers reliably precise results, batch after batch. Its unique coupling system locks each baking tray into exactly the right position before spraying, so the release agent is applied only where it is needed and overspray is reduced to an absolute minimum.
This precise application helps you keep your production line clean, reduces product waste and saves release agent.
With its fully automatic release agent dosing system, the Uni 800 is engineered for continuous industrial operation – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The system consistently maintains the correct application quantity, ensuring uniform coating, stable process conditions and high line efficiency, even under demanding production schedules.
Effective Vapour Extraction for a Cleaner Production Environment
To eliminate any light vapour mist generated during the spraying of release agent, the system can be expanded with a specially designed range hood.
This hood is equipped with a powerful centrifugal suction unit that efficiently extracts vapours from the production area and reliably separates and collects any oil particles.
Because the air is cleaned using centrifugal force, the exhaust air that is returned to the room is virtually oil-free, supporting a cleaner working environment and helping to meet hygiene and safety requirements.
Thanks to its robust yet simple construction, the unit is both maintenance-friendly and highly reliable in continuous industrial operation.

Industrial-Grade Conveyors with Adjustable Speed and Custom Chain Options
The dimensions of the conveyor belt are individually configurable and can be precisely adapted to your existing transport line. This ensures a seamless integration into your current infeed and outfeed systems and guarantees a reliable, continuous product flow with minimal adjustment effort.
The conveyor is equipped as standard with a robust 0.37 kW frequency-controlled SEW motor. The frequency control allows a smooth and precise speed adjustment, so that the transport speed can be optimally matched to upstream and downstream process steps. This supports stable production conditions, reduces bottlenecks and contributes to a constant product quality.
For the transport chain, you can select from several high-quality options, depending on your product range and hygiene requirements: a 4" stainless steel bottle chain, a 1" stainless steel bottle chain or plastic chains. All chain variants are designed for continuous industrial operation and ensure reliable, low-wear transport.
The 4" stainless steel bottle chain can optionally be equipped with integrated magnets. This provides improved product stability, particularly for metal containers or in applications with higher accelerations or inclined sections. In this way, you increase process reliability, reduce product loss due to tipping or slipping, and ensure a safe and controlled product flow throughout your line.
