Automatic Filling System

The Automatic Filling System is designed to keep your spraying equipment supplied with release agent at all times — without manual intervention and without interrupting production. By automatically refilling the machine’s internal reservoir from an external container, the system ensures a constant and reliable product flow, even during long production cycles or peak operating hours.
A precise level-monitoring system activates refilling exactly when needed, preventing air intake, sedimentation or inconsistent spray patterns. This guarantees stable viscosity and perfectly homogeneous product quality throughout the entire line.

Conveyor SS – Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Transport for Industrial Bakery Lines
The Conveyor SS is a heavy-duty stainless-steel transport system designed to extend and stabilise the production process in demanding bakery environments. Built with a standard length of two meters — and fully customisable to your requirements — it offers a strong and reliable foundation for continuous product flow. Driven by a variable-speed SEW motor, the conveyor allows precise synchronisation with upstream and downstream equipment, ensuring consistent line performance.
Its magnetised 4” stainless-steel chain provides excellent grip and stability, especially for metal bakeware or applications with higher accelerations. The modular design allows multiple Unispray units to be mounted along the same conveyor, creating a seamless and highly efficient production step.
With hygienic construction, optional drip trays and height-adjustable wheels with brakes, the Conveyor SS delivers durability, cleanliness and flexibility for industrial bakery operations.


Conveyor HMPE – Smooth, Hygienic Transport for Modern Bakery Production
The Conveyor HMPE is a durable and hygienic transport system designed to enhance bakery production lines with smooth, low-friction movement. Built in a standard length of two meters, and available in customised dimensions upon request, it integrates seamlessly into existing processes. The variable-speed SEW motor provides precise control over conveyor speed, allowing perfect synchronisation with upstream and downstream equipment.
The conveyor track is made of high-density HMPE, combined with a stainless-steel chain, offering excellent durability, gentle product handling and easy cleaning — ideal for bakeries that prioritise hygiene and efficiency. Optional drip trays help maintain a clean workspace, while the height-adjustable wheels with brakes ensure stable and flexible placement in any production environment.

Exhaust Unit
Efficient Oil Mist Capture for a Clean and Safe Production Environment
The Exhaust Unit is designed to efficiently capture and contain light oil mist generated during the spraying process, helping bakeries maintain a clean, safe and hygienic working environment. Built entirely from high-quality stainless steel, the exhaust hood can be mounted on a wheeled C-frame for flexible positioning or installed as a removable unit directly on the machine.
A stainless-steel Type 400 oil collector separates and captures oil particles before the air is returned to the workspace, reducing contamination and lowering cleaning effort around the production area. Depending on your setup, the Exhaust Unit can be operated manually or fully integrated into the machine’s HMI, ensuring smooth and intuitive control.

V-Sprayer
Flexible Precision Spraying for Any Dough Container Shape
The V-Sprayer is designed for bakeries that work with a wide variety of dough container shapes and need a flexible, highly accurate spraying solution. Equipped with two independently controlled oil valves, the system allows selective and targeted application of release agent, ensuring that only the required areas are coated. This reduces consumption, prevents overspray and supports clean, efficient production.
With its 20-liter tank, manual filling and low-level detection, the V-Sprayer ensures stable operation over long production periods. Electronic high-precision regulators guarantee a uniform spray pattern, while the Siemens S7-1200 PLC enables full product selection and recipe management for fast and reliable changeovers.
